4. Monitoring and Notifications
After your package has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email so you can monitor the status of your delivery in real time.
5. Damage in Transport
Since our products are fragile, the customer must inspect the package upon delivery. If you notice any breakage or visible damage, you must inform us within 24 hours at vetrocube@gmail.com , attaching photographs of the package and product condition so we can process the shipping insurance claim.
